Smith’s Trial Delayed

Last week, Mike Manko, Spokesperson for the Allegheny County DA’s office, told BH that Clinton Smith remains behind bars awaiting his re-scheduled trial date of Sept. 9. Instead of a non-jury trial, Smith will now have his case decided by a jury. He is accused in the 2007 death and sexual abuse of his girlfriend’s 10 month old daughter Daniyah Marie Jackson.
