I'm going through these same issues now. ACDSS also stole my angels, I did everything they said I had to do and more. I'm now in court fighting for my parental rights and the rights of my children. I am looking to speak with the author of the email titled Lora McHugh. I tried the numbers you listed and couldn't reach you. Please someone HELP me and my boys. DDHS stole my kids 13,11,9 in Jan 2008. I jumped through every hoop they wanted me to including not being a licenced contractor what I worked hard for all my life. DDHS said I couldn't do construction if I wanted my kids back. I got them back in June 2009 and everything was great. My case was ready to close in Dec 2009. Then I upset the GAL because my husband and I moved into a house that we were fixing up and making money on. So case stays open. Then I had a fight with my husband the same day they told us the case wasnt closing. So we got a DV I went into court, I didnt say anything about the DV to the Judge WOODS. I got a dirty UA for Alcohol. That I pay taxes for but cant consume. Im not an alcoholic. DDHS said that I could still have my kiddos, I informed them of the DV on the day of my court about the DV. DDHS said that everything was fine I still keep my Kiddos. Then I have a urinary tract infection and drink cranberry juice to clear it up. And have proof from the hospital of a UTI. I dropped for a UA and got a DILUTE. DDHS tells me they are taking me to court for the DILUTE. Cause it is the same as a HOT UA.. BULL@#% DDHS said they want to remove my boys. We go into court on January22, 2010 and the judge ruled in favor of DDHS. I quote the JUDGE WOODS....."I don't take to lightly to people being uncanny in my court room and telling me on the 10th of December that everything is OK when it's not, you could have even told me the next day and you did'nt" REMOVE THE KIDS..... But you guys, I told DDHS and SAVIO and the GAL the same day I went to court on the 10th about the DV. DDHS said in court that they found out about the DV because of the police report on Rich Morales desk 3 wks later.. These people LIE.... I need legal help.. I get my income tax refund in 5 days.... HELP ME PLEASE. MY BOYS NEED ME.... My oldest son told me the other day that this is his 5th foster home since 2008... PLEASE CALL ME AT 720-364-6077 or 303-893-7997 or 720-298-1759... my name is kami and i very sad for this i believe that i never new that others states besides Utah were big on this i am so heartbroken everyday.. please someone stop this horrible judicial system and dcfs.. they need to help people not split familys up...

first please know that I have not seen my little girl for over 4 years and I was guilty of moving to Georgia where no one knew me, there my x called with lies to DFCS and without a court order nor affording me any rights I was beaten at 7 am my door broken down and my children taken. But I will comment on you Scott when you blog you are representing us all in a way so let us ban together without the "CRAZY" stuff so that you are not making yourself out to be as DFACS said you were! Also one does nothing but many move mountains any ideas?????

I know exactly how the parents of these kids feel. my 2 sons were stolen from me by boulder county. I had surgery, and asked them, stupidly, I might add, for respite care. I was called by the secretary of the dept, the DAY I WAS RELEASED from the hospital, and told to get my kids that day, because the respite providers of my youngest son, were talking about adopting him. I haven't seen either of my kids in 8 years, and haven't heard anything about them, their well being or anything for over 5.

we have hitler running our country aka cps and family destruction court i hate america. we had our 2 girls kidjacked by these idiots 8 yrs ago death to america i cant wait til this country is blown to smithereens what afd up country we live in and i hate it with a passion anybody who gets all patriotic on me will get slapped silly who in the world would stand up and fight for a satanic country lijke this not me ever!@#$
